“Sister Crank” was a female minister who practiced in southwestern Missouri, Illinois, and northwest Indiana. This book is a “fictionalized account” of the life of Sadie Crank that includes a bibliography of newspaper accounts, magazines and newsletters, legal papers, correspondence, photographs and drawings, and other records that serve as the basis for this biography.
